By accessing or using the National Gravity Reference Station (LOGG) website (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

1. Site purpose

The Site provides public information about the National Gravity Reference Station and related research outputs commissioned by the Ministry of the Interior, Republic of China (Taiwan). It is not a commercial service.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the Site, register for an account, submit data application forms, and download materials made publicly available. Bulk-scraping, automated harvesting, and use that interferes with normal operation are prohibited.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access via the Contact page.

4. Content and intellectual property

Content on the Site (text, charts, photographs, monitoring data) is provided for academic and reference use. Citation of the Site is required when reproducing or quoting content. Third-party open-source components retain their respective licenses; please refer to the Open-Source Credits page.

5. Data accuracy and disclaimer

Monitoring data are presented "as is". The Site operators take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy but make no warranty. Any reliance on data displayed on the Site for engineering, legal or commercial purposes is at the user's own risk.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Site after publication of changes indicates acceptance.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes shall be submitted to a competent court of first instance in Taiwan.
